"Whole House" projects encompass several rooms, and may include changes to floor plans in general.  The home in the slideshow below began as a typical late 20th-century builder-grade finish, but the homeowners wanted the charm of earlier times.  Classic proportions and scale were combined with quality materials and finishes to transform this "house" into a "home".
