A 70" LED TV was chosen for extended TV viewing, along with a 54" linear-flame fireplace, flanking LED-lit glass-panel columns and another floating soffit to compliment those in the kitchen, a wall of cabinets that act as storage and a TV-room dry-bar with refrigeration drawers … and a very comfortable chair.  The converted screened porch accounts for 2/3 of the TV room, and with it's new windows and independent temperature control system, it's the most comfortable room in the house.
