What started as a need for additional family space developed into a multi-generational, multi-use getaway.   It's a space for casual gatherings and sleepovers, and a fun solution to family time and friendly time.  It's a one-size-fits-all solution, including a central TV area that doubles as a gaming space, an adult-oriented bar with an integrated TV, a transitional space that is equally comfortable for ping-pong or for poker, an exercise room separated from the main space, plenty of closet storage for games and toys, and a ¾ bath for sleepover nights.
